Because of the customized nature of our products, we do not offer a shopping cart feature on our website. To place an order, you may call 800/718-8040 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. PST, send a fax to 530/676-1378 or email us at info@showtimeawards.com

We will confirm your order as soon as possible, usually the same day.

How to Place an Order

Find and fill out our order form, located in this section of the website by:

  1. Selecting the item you want.
  2. Choosing quantity.
  3. If you want to order more than one item, please type into the box which items you would like to order.
  4. We are compiling a library of stock designs but it is not yet available on our website. Please call us at 800/718-8040 and tell us what you need (i.e. dressage horse and rider) and we may have it. If so, it is available for you to use at no charge.
  5. To use your graphic, check “upload new design/logo” on the order form. You can hit the browse box and upload your graphic and attach it. Note any special instructions in “comments” box on order form. Enter the copy you want placed on the item. Divide this into lines. For copy changes, specify quantity. Enter complete copy for each item.
  6. Enter shipping information and choose your desired method of payment. Include any special shipping instructions in the comment box.

Once we receive your order and payment, we will make a proof of your item and you will need to approve it before the item can be produced. Please see the Custom Artwork section below.

Delivery Information

Orders are shipped prepaid, with shipping charges added to the invoice. We ship U.S. postal service, FedEx and UPS. We will make every attempt to use the shipper you prefer.

Normal delivery of custom printed, etched, rotary and laser engraved items is 4-6 weeks after we receive proof approval on your order. Certain items may be ready sooner but others may take longer and because certain items are hand made, they may not be available for rush orders. We will do everything possible to accommodate your time frame. We charge a $30 fee or 30% of your order, whichever is less, to fill a rush order. We suggest credit card payment for rush orders since production cannot begin until payment is received. Shipping and handling charges are in addition to the cost of your order and any rush surcharge. Your order will be shipped as needed for your due date.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, check and money order. All orders must be prepaid. We cannot begin production on orders paid by check until the check clears, approximately 5 to 7 business days.

Custom Artwork

We specialize in customizing products the way you want them. We can create new artwork for you or you can send us your artwork. The best way to get us your artwork is to upload it to us on our website but we also accept CD-ROM files. See instructions below on saving your artwork for file that we accept.

We do not charge set-up fees unless specifically noted. However we must charge an artwork fee if we need to fix your artwork so that it will reproduce.

Good artwork has:

  1. clean, sharp, crisp solid black lines on a white background
  2. no gray or colored areas
  3. clean, sharp type
  4. simple, clear design
  5. approximately 3” wide and high
  6. resolution of 300 dpi

We charge a $30/hr. fee to correct artwork so that it will reproduce. We will notify you if your artwork needs correction and let you know the cost before we proceed with your order.

All modified artwork MUST BE approved BEFORE we begin producing your order. Please respond to the approval request in 24 hrs. to avoid delay, additional shipping charges and/or premium processing fees and possibly, cancellation of your order.

When saving your artwork:
  1. Save your file(s) with the first few words of your organization in lowercase letters.

  2. Use the proper extension at the end of a file name. For example if you’re saving artwork that was prepared in Adobe Photoshop and you’re going to save it as an .eps file, the name of your file would brazoscha.eps (Brazos Cutting Horse Club is the organization and .eps is the extension)

  3. Our Art Department supports:

    • Adobe Photoshop (save files as .eps, .tif, .jpg, .gif, or .pdf)

    • CorelDraw (version 13 and lower) (save files as .cdr)

    • Microsoft Word (save files as .doc)

  4. If you do not haves these programs, please export your file(s) as an .eps by going into “File” and then “Export” and making sure you use .eps as your file extension.

Request for Cancellation of Order

Because orders are customized, we cannot cancel an order that has begun production. If the order has not begun production, we will cancel the order upon your request. We cannot accept the return of customized items.
